I discovered the beauty and magic of raising and releasing monarch butterflies when I happened upon my first monarch caterpillar in my perennial garden. The resulting artwork was applied to various paper products and became top sellers in my Etsy shop as well as to select retail stores in the US.

In addition to monarchs, I also discovered the magic of raising and releasing Eastern Black Swallowtails.  This artwork was also inspired by butterflies from my very own garden.

Meet Max!  My large and in charge 21 pound, long haired tuxedo cat is the muse for my tuxedo greeting cards.  These were well received in my Etsy shop by customers who were excited to give a card to another tuxedo cat enthusiast!
